Client: Failte Ireland (Irish National Tourism Authority)

Challenge: Drive sign-ups for a new learning platform, with no paid media budget and an untapped audience of more than 3.5K diverse tourism businesses. 

Solution: A series of 33 social micro-learning videos around the key pain topics identified through focus group interviews and work with B2B marketing influencers. 

What I did: managing the project from start to finish, creative concept ideation, video script writing, talent sourcing and management, focus group interviews (B2B business owners), production support.​

Results:

3000% increase in sign-ups

51% increase in engagement 

190,000 YouTube views for one video
